Harvest.. lost magnifying glass

So I was going to harvest my plants today but can’t find my magnifying glass to check on the trichomes.. just my luck :)

I have noticed one or 2 amber trichomes on the purple plant (Pink kush) a few days ago. Didn’t check the plant on the right.

Am I ready to harvest?
These autos have been growing for 12 & 13 weeks

Wow, very pretty, awesome job! Anyhow... without actually seeing those tri(s) who knows, but they do look done enough to me.

Just because its the answer you wanted doesn't mean its the right one.
The green plant has a few weeks left at least(3+). You are wasting it cutting that now.
I’ve posted these plants a lot on this website since about week8-9 but they always need another couple of weeks, do you know why they could be taking so long?
When I wait another 3 weeks I reckon somebody will tell me they need another 3 weeks and it’ll be a never ending grow I’ll be tending to til my old age :smile:

Honestly couldn't say why they are taking so long, could be environmental factors like heat or low air exchange and thus low levels of co2 or low on light or could just be because they are autos and have a mind of their own.

You can reduce hours of light , that might speed them up but I feel they have a lot of weight to pack on yet, don't look to have bulked out yet.

I do turn down the fans quite a lot at night due to noise, that could very well be the reason.
I might even just harvest these and keep the fan running high on a new batch.

Turning fans down at night shouldn't be a problem apart from humidity rising.
I know its really hard to be patient but you've come all this way.
It would be a damn shame to chop early, not only will it ruin your high but you will be getting half the weight so it will run out twice as fast.

At least order yourself a new scope and in the meantime turn to 10/14 or 11/13 (light/dark)

Why so little light if you don’t mind me asking?
I’m currently been running it on 18/6 pretty much since veg.

Sorry I forgot it was an auto.
My minds stuck in photoperiods.
I was soooo close to changing the lights lol, no worries tho dude I’ve just ordered a new scope so that’ll keep me occupied for a couple days I guess.
I’ve barely fed the plants nutes (maybe 1 lot of nutes a week for 3 weeks) because I keep thinking it’s going to be ready soon. Should I start feeding again as normal?

>LOL, I feel your pain. Window right before harvest is the toughest part to wait for and you are totally at the will of your plants. They never read the breeders brochure so never know what you are expecting. At a point people will stop saying a few more weeks. Your patience will be rewarded in the end so stay the course.

Also guys,
If my purple buds are nearly ready, what do I do when one plant is ready but the other isn’t? I was going to use the tent to dry ..

Oh still use the tent to dry. Hang’em in front of the stragglers and behold the invigorating effect.

I was worried about the light, I’ve read everywhere it needs to be stored in a dark place.. I am using LEDs though so it may be okay as it won’t dry them out too quick?
