The window opens inward towards me. I want to stick my duct tubing through there and seal up around it. Any ideas or suggestions?

Those windows are removable - I'd remove it and replace with a piece of wood w/ hole cut in for exhaust tube.

Yeah i second this motion. Plywood the whole window opening and put a vent like this in it.

There was a video on youtube where the guy opened the window then attached a bar to make sure it stayed firmly fixed, then added plywood to block the light and then a hole for the venting

BTW its the louvered flap vent on the outside
