I have 2 plants in a 5 gallon bucket and I noticed today that there are 2 small mushroom looking things growing out of the drain hole. They are yellow and I pulled one of the mushrooms out, i hope I didnt mess the plants up. Could be fungus or mushrooms this is my first grow so I dont no a whole lot. Any advice would help they are in flowering stage so I'm trying to get this problem solved real quick. Thanks

No. I pulled one and it felt like I pulled some roots so I just left in alone. I don't no anything about mushrooms so I usually don't eat them unless I buy them from the dude selling them

Thanks I will pull them for sure. That makes sense it has been raining a lot lately.
Cut out a long U channel in a lid to keep the rain out. Or some other sort of covering to repel most the rain. Plants dont like drowning.

Make a lid that looks something like this so it slides around the trunk.

Ok I will screen shot this and save it. That's a good idea I always move them on my porch out of the rain. At night they get over watered I will be sleeping and won't even check the weather channel that lid thing will help out a lot thanks for all the help

yeah, lid, tarp, plastic of any sort..... just figure out a way to get the rain to drain off it if its raining to much. You dont want your buds soaking wet either though, they will mold..... so maybe some sort of "night time" covering would be better?

Yea for sure I will work on it today. I dont like the plants getting rained on at all. I have my water around 6.5 ph and they love it. The ones in the ground have no choice but to get rained on but that's ok there doing pretty good. I just put worm castings as a top soil I heard its really good stuff.
