I must point out that I was very impressed by McCains speach and praise for Obama..that was/is the side that McCain would have won with if the right puppet masters (roves rovers) would have helped him instead of bringing that female hitler to be his sidekick..Mr. nice guy was sunk by a Woman (???) that could smile and joke while people in front of her called for the death of a fellow citizen...I hope "she" gets shot... Bush is gone...got to destroy all the demon seeds.. And if you bushies don't like me saying that then tough...If that cunt can condone the death of someone....so can I..

As much as I'd like to see Bush impeached, I don't think our country can afford it. Impeachment is expensive, however, if Bush was forced to give all of his oil profits back to the country from the last 8 years it might be more worth it. Let's not forget Cheney and the Halliburton no bid contracts. Cronyism at it's finest.

Obama should ask McCain to be on his staff and to personally handle this.... a plus for both I'd wager......

You're assuming that any politician has the least amount of intelligence, and a desire to do right by the Republic when they don't.
And Obama is not going to do right by the republic. He is going to do right by the government, and by the lobbyists who seek more tax exemptions and more loopholes so they can escape untaxed.

He didn't inherit the disaster, he was one of the people who had a hand in the downfall of the economy. This bum walked hand in hand with the very same criminals who profitted off of the mortgage scandal. This short sighted con man voted for the bailout.
Neither one of the two main candidates is fit to run a carwash much less a nation based on the founding fathers principles.
All this talk about being proud of America for voting for a black man is garbage. How about electing a qualified person who wants the interests of the PEOPLE over the corporation$ no matter the skin color. Hell I'd settle for an alien right now over McCain or Obama or most of the clowns in Congress.

He's said over and over that he will do as much as he can to remove the lobbyist influence from DC. He's refused to accept any campaign money from lobbyists.
Trouble is, if he'd been the man he was last night and in 2000, he'd have been an Obama Lite: not much to differentiate himself except that he isn't nearly as inspiring. He probably would have been like that if he had run against Hillary, and he may even have won. But I'm glad it didn't come to that, it would have been a lesser-of-two-evils election for me at least, and I probably would have voted Libertarian again.
Aw, are you sad Ron Paul didn't win? Don't worry, Obama will be a good president. You'll see; you don't have a choice now.
