I will be building a wooden box 2x2x4ft and i want to know what airproof fabric/plastic would be a good choice to use as a door replacement. (The zipper will be installed onto the fabric allowing me to open the box.) Thank you..I plan on using some sort of adhesive to paste the sheet onto the wooden box

Not sure how the zipper will be secured, and whether or not you actually need fabric, as some zippers can use an adhesive...

But.. You might look at some of that black/white poly panda film type stuff... Black on one side, white on the other, and I use it for all sorts of stuff.

Good Luck!

Panda Film is good, along with Velcro bits to hinge and secure, maybe a wood frame

post pics if you can on the DIY

good luck

Might help, hardware stores have pre-made zipper door plastic to seal of renovation areas. Take a minute and write down the cost of the wrap, zipper and other stuff along with your time you will use to complete this and compare to cost of a pre-made 2x2x4 tent.
