Limp & Fell Over (Young Plant)

I've got quite a few plants. All happy. But the other day I lost a seedling. And this morning I see this girl limp and falling over. All pots are watered well.

okay that makes sense. I had to transplant them prematurely, and wanted to make sure the soil was wet enough. Mostly likely drowned.
