How often have you been watering it? The soil looks pretty heavy without much perlite. Might be too much water or root rot. Also, did you recently disturb the roots? A broken taproot would make it wilt like that.

Looks like surface mold .... probably from the forest bits in mix.

Light mist of hydrogen peroxide ( once is fine ) and POOF , bitch delt with.

or you can scratch up the top surface to break up.

Its perlite well i near sure....
Its in the soil to help with root tunneling

The Mold should t cause a problem if you fix it now, it’s also overwatered quite a bit
