Back on topic, such that it is, laddie boy signed up for liberty and the ride ain't over yet, it not not only means freedom for bearded men who wear dresses, but for everybody. Here is IMHO a direct measure of extremist white racism in America at this moment, it is bigger than this however and does not include some who can't stomach Trump. There is no ideological, economic, or rational reason to support Trump and the republicans, it is a tribal death cult of personality, nothing more.
Biden is only ahead by 9 points in the polls nationally at this point in history, but the base of Trump's support is currently getting mass slaughtered by their stupidity and malice. It might be wise for the new government to do what is required on justice and reform immediately, but other things should be slowed down for a few years to avoid backlash and a stalling of progress. Boil the frog slowly, if ya toss him into boiling water he will jump out, after 2024 the lid will be on the pot, crank the heat!
