I'm 1 week into flower. I feel like it moving along nicely but info or criticism is very welcome.

Congratulations, you did it.
You have maybe another week or two of stretching at max, just don’t be afraid to tuck and tie daily.

Remove what? Your canopy looks very even and well tended. Well done.
I’m saying you have another week or so of vertical growth, don’t be afraid to stick anything that looks out of place or uneven back under the canopy. I tuck fan leaves under daily.

Sorry I was typing something and then got sidetracked I didn't realize it was on that thread. I'm wondering when to clear below the canopy

Oh, I wouldn’t! But others would say now is the perfect time to pull leaves below the canopy.
I wouldn’t give it more than another week to defoliate for sure.I personally do not defoliate aside from what pulls or drops off easily...

It's good for circulating air below the canopy. Also helps cool, not like an a/c but better than a normal fan.
I bought it for my daughters room but we now have central air. So I'm "aloud" to use it now.

I dunno about thinning the canopy. I don’t and never have, aside from tugging gently at the leaves and removing anything that easily drops. Otherwise, my canopy looks just like yours... and I have a fan right underneath it pushing air upward. Even the middle leaves have a slight rustle.
Prevailing wisdom would say if you are going to, now or within the next week is the time.
Whole setup looks banging.

Here, I decided to unleash my artistic talent. I stick a 12“ fan right there in my 4x4 and it pushes air right thru. This lets me care a little less about a thick canopy.
You may already cover that with your existing fans.

I actually do have a fan under the canopy, it's a dyson. I just move it when I water, i guess that's when i took the pics
