I do. I trim them good, the week before flip. Then again about week 4 of flower.

Always, but I like to let them recover for at least 2 weeks before flipping to flower. I also do it after 3 weeks of flowering.

I'm still learning and realizing how much more bending and breaking that needs to be done...before flowering.
Having a second tent is where the plant can grow properly to be trained in the proper timeframe for most I think.

Thats rite. The guy growen to stay high dont necessarily care. But the guy growin to have fire weed that tastes good, can work wonders when he knows where to bend, crush and break a little.
Ya I've been practicing his techniques on my males just to get it down before mess with my females

But the thing I'm understanding more is that breaking/bending early and lots won't stun the plant as much as defoliations and is not just a last resort in training.
Totally this is my first indoor grow and really my first time trying to do anything more than dropping clones in big pots outside and letting them go wild so its definitely a learning experience but I'm loving it for sure
