Very sad, dying plants.

I took a 3 minute peek at my plants yesterday and they looked sad but in recovery from the mite treatment. I sealed the tent back up and left them alone.

I check on them today and they look melted.

I followed the instructions for the insecticide to the letter. They seemed to do ok for the first 3 days after they were sprayed.

I gave each plant a gallon of spring water in hopes it was a temp spike and not the spray.

The piece I broke off two days ago is happy and in the process of rooting in a solo cup in the livingroom. It was treated the same as everything else but it's not melted like the others.

I adjusted the AC unit, re-adjusted the fan and here's hoping they survive.

The last power brown out reset the AC unit from forced cooling to the default auto setting. I'm thinking that it's extreme heat stress.

Just took these pics, it's 3.5 hours later. Got the temps under control and gave each plant 1gal(4L) of water when I found them.

There will be some die off but overall the plants are champs. I'm glad this happened in veg, it gives me time to let the plants heal.

All burnt leaves are from Safers 3 in 1 spray and I'm sure the heat didn't help.

Sheeeesh! Its amazing the turn around they can make! Good thing you caught em when you did! My lights come back on in a little less than an hour and im curious as to what my 3 day old sprouts looks like... i love seedling and sprout growth!

Oh man, I was about to come on here freaking out because I had the same looking plants! I came home after adding a new light in there last night to find temp warnings recorded on my BT monitors and my plant looking terrible. I just did the same thing too, a gallon of water, opened the tent up and gave it some cooldown time. Also raised the lights a bit (I'd rather see stretching than death) to open up more room. I really hope mine turn out as well as your did!

I don't see much to savage. If you have mites you might as well chop everything and spray and bleach and spray and bleach.

Had mites, they're under control now and the plants bounced back.

They'll get another mite treatment in a week or so and still another before I flip to flower but it's another month of veg to relieve the stress and make sure the mites are done before I flower.

I've seen some miracles happen with plant recovery. Can a plant in this bad shape recover?
They don’t look dead yet — just real close to it. But they are not completely limp so might be hope...

edit: well, that’s what happens when you reply without reading the newest posts in the thread! Glad they bounced back.

Based on what you said in OP, I'm guessing they just needed water.. If it was anything to do with the treatment then:
1. Your plants would have been wilting in the 1st 3 days also.
2. The piece you broke off likely would have died, rather than flourished.

I stuck some boys away once, to harvest the pollen. I forgot about them for a few days and they went a day or so past typical watering time... plus it was warmer in the area I put them. Your first pics indicate thirst, then they sprung back to life after watering.

Weed is 80-90% water... and when you don't water on time, it wilts rather quickly.. easily overnight. It's also very resilient though, able to bounce back from almost anything - as long as there is still some green.
