Is this plant ready to top?

I was gonna top this plant and I’m wondering when I should do it. I think it’s on the third node. Is it ready now or should I wait for more growth. I want to focus on horizontal growth rather than vertical growth as much as possible. Let me know, Thanks.

I topped my plant for the first time @ 19 or 20 days. Started LST day 20 or 21. And here she is today, day 23. So much going on lmao
