Is this rust or cal mag issue?

It’s been 3 weeks since sprout and just noticed today these 2 leafs had orange spots on the tips. I’m in ffof and have not started nutes yet and. I water only when soil is dry and then water til tiny run off. Let me know I’m tryna get on top of this problem quick.

Rub it with your thumb. Rust will transfer to your thumb. If not, look into it being cal/mag.

You use tap water or RO water?
