My 3x3 setup is ready. What do you think

You have the equipment.

What is your planed veg schedule?

4 plants in that space is doable but the length of veg time will dictate how full the tent will be at flower.
And during flower they will fill out that tent.

A crowded flower tent lends opportunity to mold and bud rot.

I'm starting with some autoflowers then might switch over to a regular photo period after

Try to get it down to the low to mid 80's. Transpiration from the plants should lower the temperature. The thermometer may be getting some radiant heat from the light, shield the thermometer from the light with a piece aluminum foil or something.

Your setup should work, although a 3x3 is going to get a bit crowded with 4 plants.
I'd also invest in an IR instant-read temp gun to measure leaf surface temps. That will help you see if temps are not workable.
mid 80's running leds should be about right.

I need better fans in the tent. These cheap Amazon ones suck
Bigger fans inside the tent just generate more heat. Not cool it down. That's what your extraction fan is for. (Don't forget to hook up the filter btw)

That fan looks big enough to do the job just fine.
What is the temperature of the room your tent is in?

Just pop the pots off the ground... u want a little runoff when uw ater right... 10% runoff... u got to be johnny on the spot w the vaccum if u got them located on the ground.... You got to fear the rewick... if u got any kind of decent medium it will release the water after saturation kinda.... u got to vac that up quickly if u got them located on the ground or they will rewick the water back up into the pots... then u looking at all kinds of problems...

3x3 tent with a mars hydro tsw2000 in it. Planning to do Four plants in 3 gallon pots. Gonna be my first grow and wanted to do it right. Whats your opinion?
You're going to need way more soil in those pots. :p

Is the ducting disconnected from the carbon filter on purpose? Just wondering, it'd be fine for veg as there isn't much smell.

Also I'd suggest starting with the photoperiod seeds if you have both available to choose from to start with. Autoflowers are less forgiving to first time mistakes.

I have a 4x4 and struggled with heat in the summer and no amount of fans would solve it. I ended up putting an AC unit in the room where my tent is located.

I just disconnected it from the filter until I need to use it. Ya I only have autoflower seeds on the way. I may look into buying some seeds while in Los Angeles this week.

What are the temperatures inside the room where the tent is? 90s is above optimal, maybe consider an AC unit in the spare room with the tent.

I keep my apartment at around 75 degrees all the time. Used to keep my portable ac set to 68 but it could never get the house that cold and made my electricity skyrocket
