Please help, deficiency?

Can anyone help me identify what this could be. It looks almost like the leafs have been eaten away but I don’t believe it is a pest issue. It looks like it could be a deficiency or maybe some fungus. I have seen it on two plants and it’s usually on the inner or lower leaves.

It is an organic amended super soil grow in 5gal pots. They have been getting compost and nutrient teas as well and some Seed sprout teas .

Under a 315 lec . About 80degrees 50% humidity

Plop,

Inspect your leaves, especially the underside, if there were to be caterpillars or other leaf pests, you will have a better chance of observing them.
Normally at this stage of damage they should be visible to the naked eye.
Afterwards, wouldn't you have damaged your leaves accidentally?

Either it's "mechanical" injuries (so you)

Or a caterpillar of the "night" type which bumps at night!

So the inspection must be done at night!

Or day in the first 3 centimeters of your soil!

keep us informed of the evolution!

Checked the soil and noticed some tiny mite looking things walking around. Also some really tiny worms. Prob mosquito larvae

It is not mechanical. Could these mites in the soil be climbing up and eating at the leaves ?
