Look how many time growers have post you can't do that

Just trying to point out there 100 diffent ways to grow a plant, alway look for ways to help instead of telling grower you can't do that.

Its just your assertion that simply topping a plant outperforms sog, or scrog. Does it outgrow vert as well?

No I'm answering your question only and you don't need a degree just start gardening and stop using cannabis growsites is one of the options to a green finger, plenty of normal people manage that route and don't fuss about out shit storm of advice.

Sog is the highest yeilding method I know because it fits the most into the shortest time. That use to be a solid fact, changing that now I see.

? I wasnt changing anything. Sog is fast, and a producer. I just said due to plant count limits, it wasnt an option to people that care about that sort of thing.

The op isn't limited just following bad advice which we can all agree on, it's part of how these sites work.

Now everyone jumps on how amazing defoliating is. So the growers doing better than the defoliators who aren't limited are right but plant count means less yeild because you take longer to grow a big plant and sog can out yeild it vastly by the more harvests per year.

Yes you are trying to change the advice, arguing points that were already disproved by growers in the stone ages when sog and topping were heavily put against defoliating and scroggig. Why for years they have been the staple and best, now no one can grow without LEDs and boveda and a lot of advice is changing because newer growers say so.

Real educational, sorry to step on your personal forum.

While I agree with freedom of speech I would not object to the likes of RIU deleting ''defoliation works'' threads. I also wouldn't object to a sticky topic on how a plant grows and that the greed of cramming 20 plants in a 1x1 is the problem, not the leaves.

It's not like I could sit here and make a highly racist post.. or start showing people how to make weapons out of house hold goods. So clearly we moderate what freedom of speech consists of. Surely butchering a plant in this bro science way is about as bad as shaving a polar bear.. coz why does it need fur in sub freezing conditions?.

Yes I compare these actions directly, you would too, if for a second you think your plants might actually be living things o0.

Wow, this is amazing! Can you teach me how to grow? I’m running my second grow right now in a 4x2 tent with 2 HLG 100w LEDs and 1 Viparspectra that puts out 130 true watts. I have 4 plants in coco with perlite (3 jack herer bag seed and 1 forbidden space fruit from bigworm genetics). I don’t think I’ll get anything close to what you’re getting but I hope to one day

You don't tell a grown man he can't eat steak because a baby can't chew it.

People need to crack a book, educate and make decisions for themselves, and most importantly...learn to shut the fuck up, mind their own business and quit trying to use "shame" to control everyone else.

I love how people show defoliation pics and are shocked when the plant grows more vegetation afterwords. Cutting leafs off of plants slows down growth and bud development period. Removing lower branches is not the same as defoliation mind you.

And can we please stop saying there are 100 ways to grow a plant, that is 100% bullshit. There are a few styles not 100s. And as far as the plant being happy even less.
