They don't look ready, the pistols are still reaching out. Get a loop or usb microscope to start checking the trichomes for amber, on the buds, not the leaves. When you get 10 to 20 percent amber than chop. Those buds are very small, you will want to wait so you can get the most out of them. I wonder what has stunted them so bad. I only have 1 plant right now but the buds are some what bigger.

Thanks for the tips !! It may be the soil I’m growing in that stunted them . I’m not sure

Day 70 since germination

Take pics often and let it go a few more days see if it's still growing. Next time grow a photo period, much more predictable

I'd hold off and get a magnifier to check trichomes to be sure when she's ready.
