What deficiency is this?

So as I get further into flower, my plants almost seem like they are slowly starting to cripple from the bottom up and I’m trying desperately to figure out what’s going on with them. Looked at all the deficiency pages and it seems like it’s a phosphorus deficiency? However, my water is always pH’d and I’m running a bloom base nutrient and a bloom supplement nutrient as well as cal mag(all Botanicare products). Can anyone help me figure out my issue? What can I do to fix this?

More info...
Water pH’d to 6.0-6.5
Run off water pH is 6.5
Botanicare bloom 2-2-3
Flower fuel 1-34-32
Botanicare cal mag 2-0-0
Room temp 70-78F
Humidity 50-60%
3 LED lights 1500 watts each at 12/12
End of week 2 in flower
Mostly happen to lower part of plant, most uppers are doing well.

Ps, I know I had mites on the plants heavily at one time which are the spots on some leaves but the issue has since been taken care of completely. That I’m not worried about. The room has been completely gone through and mite free.

Would be helpful to see the whole plant, in natural light.

Did you measure your runoff? Are you sure it's not nute burn?

I'm not experienced enough to give a definitive answer, but the more context full-plant view will help. Also, if you know your PPM, that helps. How much/often you're feeding will help. To what pH is the water "pH'd" to? The more details, the better your results will be.
