Will the spiders be good for both flowering and veg

I can't answer on the flowering part because I used them in conjunction with the 315 CMH but can say they worked well for veg.

Ya, that doesn't help. My kindled 600 watt does just great for veg, flowering is the issue. I want a light that is good for both

I just switched over from HPS (x2 150 watters) to a SF2000. I cannot comment on the difference between the two yet other than the fact the temperature decrease is substantial! HPS running I was able to maintain about 76-78.. I'm hovering around 68-70 now.
