Hi y'all , Im new to the game! My babies seem to have been stunted after a month AND i want to know. Should I have had a CO2 bag hanging from the start??? And is one 5lb bag (medium sized) CO2 bag plenty for a 2x2x4
I think it was my lighting, so I switched to the Mars Hyrdo ts 1000w , they seem to be responding againYeah dude I see people talking about using yeast and stuff also lol. Unless you have a completely sealed room and are running some grown man wattage the carbon dioxide won’t do anything, just focus on what you’re doing to stunt them
So do you use CO2 or No...? No one has a clear answer on CO2 usage, other than... Dont use it??? Interesting...If you brew beer you would at least have beer to drink
Cool bro, thanksThe bags are a waste of money
I don't, but if you're serious about co2 get a bottle
As others said, you have a lot of other basics that you need to dial in before it would be worth even spending $30 for one of those bags. If you haven't yet I would highly recommend reading https://www.growweedeasy.com/So do you use CO2 or No...? No one has a clear answer on CO2 usage, other than... Dont use it??? Interesting...

Usage of C02 is a very advanced growing step. It requires 800-1000 ppfd of light which you won't be able to hit with your Mars light. It requires a sealed room with an AC unit. It also requires real c02 tanks and a controller that manages C02 dispersal and your exhaust fan so that you are not wasting your C02. That is at least $1000 investment.
I started growing @ 20 yrs ago off and on. Seriously for the past 3. I have a closet and 2 tents just for flower. I don't use C02 in any of them because it would be a waste of $. I accept that I probably have at least 3 more years of experience I need under my belt, as well as that I don't have the environment to even make use of it.
Because it takes a lot of effort to get right and you need very healthy plants or you will just be amplifying stresses. Co2 bags are gimmicks, someone reads so they provide a product, real co2 control involves meters to set and maintain the correct atmosphere. So do you use CO2 or No...? No one has a clear answer on CO2 usage, other than... Dont use it??? Interesting...
What about carbonated water with a fogger?CO2 can increase yields but it’s only worth it if you are getting ROI. Exhale are pointless; much of the gas is wasted as the stomata must be open which occurs only during the daytime cycle. No way to time a bag of yeast...
A worm bin actually puts off a fair amount of CO2 if placed close to the grow area and gives the benefits of free vermicompost for life. Growing mushrooms also will increase CO2 levels that will benefit your plants. Nothing like what a tank and distribution system would put off but the cost is next to nothing.
Sounds like a great way to get moldy bud. What about carbonated water with a fogger?
I mean in use with a humidity regulator for led vpd.Sounds like a great way to get moldy bud.
