Do I need to cure?

I just finished my first grow and 4 of my plants turned out nice. My last plant is different and taking a couple weeks longer to finish. It has lots of crystals on it but the buds don’t seem to be hardening up. My question is, can I just dry then freeze it for bubble hash or should I still give it a proper dry and cure before making bubble hash?

you dont even need to cure to smoke it but of course it helps but if making bubble hash I dont see why curing it. Some people dont even dry it

thanks. So a final flush wouldn’t be needed either I take it?
Depends on your growing method. If you're doing Hydro it's still recommended to do the flush. If you grow in living soil like me all your water is just plain tap/RO and "flushing" wouldn't make sense.

Flushing= Watering to remove excess nutrients available for the plant to letting it burn up its stores.

Drying= reducing moisture content in the buds

Curing= Allowing the plant to slow dry which degrades chlorophyll/sugars to create a smoother smoke.

The processes are totally different/not linked. If you're doing bubble hash with it I'd recommend flush/get to harvest like normal then fresh freeze them after harvest... AMAZING tasting bubble hash that way.

I prefer dry bubble hash because I dont like the idea that chlorophyl gets into my bubble hash but everyone prefers what they like

That's why the second stage will be introduced. The only "bubble hash" saved as is will be the top grade from the first flush.
Any lower grade material and EVERY grade from 2nd flush on will be heated and pressed for the final product (had a coworker recently dump a grand into a rosin press).
