Grow Tent Temperature Control

The problem: I have an 8x4 grow tent in an uninsulated garage in a rent house. I tried using an evaporative cooler but with me switching to flower and it being in an enclosed space, the humdity rises to such a height that the evaporative cooler isn't able to cool the air as the VPD is already high for it's temperature (90-98 during the night). Cost is a factor, and I'm curious if there are some budget options that are availble to brimg the temps down by 10-15 degrees.

Ac can be great if used properly. Will cool room down and take moisture out of air ...... if you have really high humidity then that will cause issues such as root rot and stuff so be careful of humidity ! Try to keep it around 55% if possible.

What temp is it outside the garage? Inside the garage?
When are lights on? Times.
Where do you vent the heat?
What fan size and cfm?
What lighting?
Wheres your thermometer?
What temp are you hitting lights on?
