Those are a little too leggy for my likings.
Quick fix:
Add some reflective material inside that box
You have quite a bit of light escaping right now.
I don’t recommend aluminum foil but that’s what most people have around.. you can buy reflective wrap/material anywhere online. Start with searching for (Mylar).
As for the hygrometer..
Any gauge that’s under direct light that close will probably cause an unstable reading.

Stems lookin better. Maybe put those clear cups inside of dark plastic cups to cover up the light hitting the sides for now.
A benifit of putting one cup into another (Stacking) is the cup with your seedling will be raised and it will help with drainage getting out easier.

hey there after re potting the stretchy as seedlings they are improving and will be put into 750ml plant pots tommorow an getting rid of the clear cups thanks for that advice guys what do you all think are they still stretching. have replaced light from t5 to 2 x 120w led panels and think the t5 wasnt bright enough so caused them to stretch badly this is my first ever grow indoors so learning is a curb

^the streching at that point is bad if the stems strech to like 10cm/4" or more. The stems might become too weak to stand up under the weight of the first leaf pair. Even that should not be the end of the plant.
