It's in the vegetative phase. It's my first plant. I trimmed it once about 3 weeks ago. It's growing fast!
Does this plant need a trimming?

I usually pick off the mature big fan leaves to get them out of the way, I feel it opens it up for the branches with buds to get more sun and gives them more room. This grow I noticed I'm picking leaves off daily and the plants are growing and filling in quickly, the weather has been great with plenty of sun and I fertilize every watering which is daily.

Its outdoor i wouldnt trim unless you wanting to open more bud sites to better light

How much water do you give them daily are you growing indoor or out

Currently i have some outdoors and I usually water them daily, they are in smaller 3 gallon plastic pots and it's on the windy side where they are. They take about 1/2 gallon of water each, thats with seeing runnoff out the bottom. I don't have a set schedule, i will water when the pots are light and dry and they need it. Indoors they would probably be watered every 2-3 days.

Half gallon of water per day and I add liquid fertilizer about once every two weeks. Growing outdoors.

It looks really healthy. I'd only remove leaves that are obstructing light to bud sites... of course that is only if you can't manipulate the branches to move out of the shadow of others.
