Anyone see this type of strange ass growth before?

My first thought was "damn foxtailed it", but as it kept growing these viney offshoots I became more and more convinced it's a genetic freak. Its a weird foxtail if that's what is going on...

About 4 weeks into veg and right before the stretch, I slashed the main stem pretty good (about halfway through at a 45° angle. It was a very clean cut. I taped it and it healed quickly. I dont know if this was some adverse reaction to that event. I have another plant, same genetics, same birthday, same everything and it has grown up beautifully.

(Also imagine if all these buds fattened to even a decent size in the next 4 weeks)

Like any sativa, the stretched out calyxs are more seen on stressed plants but that is easy to do with sativas.
