Why is my plant droopy?

There is no reason to transplant.......your containers are large enough........I doubt they're 10 gallons like you say.
Feed enough to get 20% run off every day........if it takes 1 gallon then so be it.

No I mean I already transplanted from solo cups

Great advice if the OP were growing in soil......but he's in coco.

Coco should be fed daily to run off.
Never plain water.
Never, ever let it get dry.

It's that simple.

For sure, but in a 10 gal pot it might be too much to dry out daily. The greatest success I’ve had with coco is in small pots that dry out completely every day. 1s were best. I never had success with higher than 3 gal pots.

Look at those pictures. Those plants are very young. I wouldn’t water a 10 gal pot to runoff daily with only a 2” plant that’s in the veg cycle. But I no longer use coco. I’m sure you know better.
