This is gelato 41 mixed wit cookies and cream I tied a branch down and noticed the tops curving up like 20, minutes later I would think it likes training ?

Imo defoliating that much at one time will have a slight impact no matter what situation you’re in.

Its a photo feminized seed gelato 41x cookies and cream I don’t know much but somebody told me that autos were bad and I should stay away because they’re like crossed wit bammer
 
I initially did it wit intentions of waiting another 3 weeks but he insisted I didn’t have to wait that long I ain’t gonna flip tomorrow like he said but I’m probably gonna wait about 2 weeks tops

ok so would say put 1 on now and then another maybe week 5 of flower becuase my buds will be so heavy (wishful thinking)

Not a downfall when you are forming a proper canopy. Good plant training requires removing that bottom vegetation. If spending an extra week in veg is just to hard for you, your doing something wrong.
 
Every spot you have these will turn into a branch. The longer you veg, the bigger each branch will get. ive seen plants get 95% eaten by dogs/cats and still end up thriving.

See if you were to take any leafs off befor flower do it like a week or so befor and like only a bit not all of them if you don't need to remove any don't. A good time to defoliate is week 2-3 of flower and maybe A couple leafs throughout the rest but don't strip the plant. Oh and don't count day one of flower when you switch the lights to 12/12 wait till you can see some small bud growth. It usually takes around a week or so for a plant to transition into flower.
