My two sativa plants were growing great minus some leaf hoppers so I used schultz insecticidal soap and now my leafs are burnt/turning black and my buds are browning. Is this the soaps fault or do I have a nutrition problem? Second year growing so fairly new to all of this. Wondering if I can revive these sweet hunnies?

Yes what you sprayed did that. Too strong of a concentration. You can make the same thing with canola oil and dawn liquid dish soap. However any other soap including organic soaps will work as well. Even better use sesame oil as it is the main ingredient in many commercial insecticides and fungicides. It can control mites and PM as well. Many people have everything they need in their kitchen cupboards.
