If you have a fuller / bushier plant I would say yes but I think we are lacking light intensity and this has cause them to be a little lanky and lean. I wouldn't be cutting any leaves off of these with perhaps the exception of those largest fans that are blocking lower branches however it could also be considered to leave those fan leaves and just lollipop the bottom branches off since they probably don't get enough light that far from the light regardless of those fan leaves or not. Kinda a toss up there. I think I would be leaning towards lollipopping on those of if this is the only plant maybe do nothing just leave the scissors alone lol.
Less is often more, especially for new growers, but we don't learn without trying things. If you have more than one plant, what I would suggest in your case is to do one plant one way, defoliate the biggest fans that are blocking lower nodes, then on another plant leave those fans and lollipop by removing the lower branches that won't get much light and leave one plant alone entirely. This will let you see what you like, what works best for your grow. Of course different strains require different treatment. Most of the Capulator cuts I have ran require extensive defoliation, it's just leaves on leaves on more leaves lol His MAC1 mother is a leafy bitch, I grew that one and the Frozen Lemons and the OCD x M15 and all were candidates for multipass defoliation, couple times in veg, couple times in flower. Other strains are more spread out with way less leafy action. I typically consider days 20 - 23 of flower as being a great time to go in and defoliate / lollipop if required, by then you know whats what, most of the stretch being completed.
