Can I pull a oz per plant ?

Don’t defoliate. The leaves are the power plant. The photosynthesis will greatly decrease the more plants you remove, you need the leaves to get you through flower

Nice work.
I'd cut back on the nutes a bit though. Looks nitrogen heavy. Try to get them all a bit lighter like the one in the round black bucket in the middle.

And forget about ounces. Think more about pounds

2 of the plants in the pic you quoted ended up males. I yielded 19.5 oz. off of three plants that were vegged for 23 days.

You might want to brush up on your growing skills instead of calling someone a liar for achieving more than you're capable of.

Ok, look perhaps your just doing something right with your technique and props to you if that's the case and I'll be honest I've been growing for many years and haven't ever seen anything like it. I'd have to veg a pretty decent size plant for that amount , and I know not many newbies would be able to achieve that, no way.

I read somewhere about plant size not really mattering I don’t believe it but there’s only 1 way to find it so if my 1 month old plant yields the same or anywhere close to my 2 month old plants I know what to do next time
