Hi.

I made a new setup with Yescom 225 blue and white leds that are currently about 5 feet above my plants.

Normally (under cfl lights) it takes about 3 to 4 weeks until I can go flower.

This time, it’s been 15 days and they are still at their early stages.

Should I lower the lights? Get stronger lights, etc. to put the whole process on more familiar time table. I don’t have 2 months to veggie.

Well for starters it says to keep them within 1 2/3 feet from the plants. Second thing is that they look like really cheap things that belong in the trash. I couldn't find anything stating its par values only its

I wasn’t going for the most expensive lights. Something comparable to T5

Yes, I would say lower them. Unfortunately those most likely do not have high Par, What you see as an intensity light is just to the human eye.
As for most LED's you don't want it more than 18inch away from the top of the canopy.

Also: I see the t5 in the picture honestly in my opinion you are better off using that.

it says proper distance in specs?

Why you at 5 ft?

Edit: just seen you lowered them , good good

OK, everything looks good.
If you feel comfortable I would say drop RH just by two (68) to have a more in the middle VPD for RH.
 
Added additional lights and lowered them to 23 inches.
