Help diagnose please?

Newer grower, plants still in veg week 5 a handful of plants in my room are super droopy leaves, Chlorosis in plant mostly middle and top growth chlorosis. ph is fine temps are fine 75 to 78 lights on
68 to 70 Lights off. Humidity a little low for veg at 43%. Been struggling for a few weeks to get these few plants healthy foliar sprayed With advanced nutrients revive not much change.

Those lights make it hard to see, what type of soil? looks overwatered to me,how long have they been in those bags? Check the bottoms for roots?

Never have done foliar

Ive never used foliar sprays but if your spraying the shit out of them with nuets you’ll lock em out

I does look like some lock out. Are you growing under an hps? Can you move the plant into normal light to get a pic? How often are you watering/feeding? What medium are you growing in?
