You have some claw starting. Depending on what soil you are growing in you can go 4 -5 weeks without the need for added nutrients.

I don't use cannabis specific nutrients or follow any feeding chart. I feed a balanced nutrient from start to finish not based off of some recommendation from a nutrient company but based on how the plant is growing. If you're plant was happy and healthy and then after feeding you started having issues then you didn't need to add any fertilizer regardless of what some cannabis specific nutrient chart says.

When I grow plants in soil I never feed until about week 5 and then only every couple of waterings at low strength. I never have any issues.

It's a plant. Grow it like any other plant. You don't need cannabis specific nutrients or follow some chart they came up with.

I have no experience with biobizz but from their website regarding that soil:

"This heavily pre-fertilized substrate mixture emulates a rich outdoor soil with a full micro active ecosystem. It’s been designed to have enough nutrient-fuelled power to sustain lush growth for a couple of weeks, without any need to add any extra fertilizer."

You just started feeding a little too soon. Plants don't look that bad. Just back off the nutes for awhile.

Relax dude, they arent that bad lol. Do like xtsho says and back off with your nutes. Now you know you dont need anything at this point with that soil mix. Ive been using biobizz off and on for years and currently only use the grow and fish mix in veg. But I'm in promix.
Let em go awhile then try at 1/4 strength.

Edit.
Go with only water the next few waterings. Try and let that clawing level out
