Snapped it...

Dang it...

Was going to try mainlining this time... topped at 5th node, then grew the two shoots out a bit. Topped them. Had four shoots, looking good. Was training the original two main shoots to grow outward, rather than upward. Had undone that to adjust, and while I was finishing tying it back up, someone texted me, the sound made me jump, and pop, one of the two main shoots just popped clean off... :wall:

Threw the branch in my clone rack, closed up the tents, and am just going to walk away for tonight.

I guess I can still mainline it, but it's going to looks stupid now. Well, that and it sets me back about a week.

That sucks. I did something similar on my current plant. She looks a little funny but she's still a good plant. Next time.

Thanks; misery does, indeed, love company.
Def, next time. :D
Have you ever weaved more than one clone or plants from seed together? I've seen photos here where both of these things were done. Thinking about it it might have only been one plant that had the branches weaved together. Anyways the ability to change things up and learn while growing is one of the many things I enjoy about it.

I have not... would that be, technically, two separate plants that just grew together?

Mine snapped and was hanging by a strand so matched the ends together, taped it with electric tape and it's growing fine and flowering
o_O I wonder if I could still do that! It was completely popped off though... and already stuck in rooting medium...

TBH I totally forgot to check it until I seen this post, was supposed to see if it 'knuckles' up like people say it does
Yeah; that's wild!

Grafting is a thing.. Try it, but cut or snap the end of the plant again so you have a fresh stump.

I have no idea. The plant is in a 15 gallon pot. The trunk is bigger than a fifty cent piece. Assumed it's normal for a plant her size.
Oh! Just BIG! I didn’t see it in the right perspective. Thought it was a 3 or 5 gallon pot and much smaller in diameter.

She is a nice looking plant! :weed:
