Are my plants budding late???

Do you have a makeshift shelter for them just in case of any unpleasant weather?
I have my plants on the roof of where I live. I live above a party store and lately I've been bringing them in at night cause the store next to me have there lights on all night and I was kinda scared that the light pollution would stop them from budding properly. But maybe I'm wrong but to answer your question they are very mobile and I can bring them in or move them if needed.

yea watch it with the light from other sources messing up your darkness. Anything brighter than moonlight can screw you. Do you have a light to have them under indoors?

That I don't mind. Getting into feeding regimen would be a bit time consuming lol
Totally understand. But you are way more advanced than I am. Like I said this is my first time ever growing but for my first time I think I did pretty good. This grow I used the cheap general hydroponics bloom, grow, and micro. Alot of people think it's shit but it worked ok for me. I know there's way better nutrients but it's easy on the plants. It's hard to burn them and kinda perfect for a newbie like me just getting started and not really knowing what I was doing at first

As of now I have no light. I plan on getting one this week. I'm looking for a used one cause cash is kinda tight right now. But as of last week I've been bringing them in my back room at 8pm and bringing them out at 8am. Thanks way they get total darkness.

What's a proficient size light?? It kinda looks like I got more plants than I do. I started out with like 6 and 4 we're makes so all I really have is 2 really robust bushy ass plants

I'm still on my 1st grow too. We are in the same boat.. but i'm all indoor in tents. I have 5 plants. 1 in late flower and 4 clones cut from it. 2 separate tents.

lighting depends on the space you are growing in. indoors is best to have a tent or reflective material on the walls next to the plants. Mylar or panda film. It can be bought in rolls. Even those little camping emergency blankets can work to reflect light. The silver ones.

Good shit bro! I'm really getting into this. My next grow I'm moving inside and getting a tent. It's to easy not to just grow your own you know. I should of been doing this year's ago

I think I have a perfect closet but it might kinda tight for my two plants. Idk I just need a back up plan just in case I absolutely have to bring them in full time

Have you considered pruning and training? maybe taking clones with the cuts?

That can thin the plant out for you to train branches and get her to grow like you want her to.

Actually i have four plants but three in one pot. And I had to do SOME LST on the three to try and separate them so they could get maximum light. I have considered cloning but isn't it to late now and I've really never done it and on the trim and pruning I was doing a little but I'm not confident enough to just chop stuff off my plants. I would go through and pick off the big fan leaves so the light could penetrate but like I said this is my first grow and if I knew then what I know now things would be different. I admit I made alot of mistakes like not topping my plants. But this was a learning experience and next time should be way better you feel me

But yeah I will definitely do that if I have to bring them in to conform to my limited space. I should have been doing it the whole time

Alls I know is I've had mine outside as long as mid November, and as low as 25 degrees...they went through sooo many frosts and snow and rain.
Already have been through 3 frosts in the last few days. You cant even tell the weather has been cold by looking at them, and some of them wont be dont til the end of oct

How do you get away with that do you think? Is it silica spray or something? Really interested to know for mine. Cold and wet for myself every year.

I do foilar feedings of silica in veg and then root drench only right before flower. At that point I start spraying a bacterial fungicide. I started earlier this yr and added a hint of molasses to it to help feed the bacteria for a few weeks before flowering really began.
Other then that ...because I grow in 100% compost... it is actually warmer then just dirt so it keeps the roots very warm and toasty.

I see thanks. I think i'm going to try silica as you do, haven't tried it before.
Same here, garden beds / compost etc.

Yours look like mine. Do you know if yours are sativa. That's crazy how they are so strong cause people told me Frost will kill them. I'm in southeast Michigan. I hope mine can withstand the cold like yours
