Haha very funny. For all we know he works for Trump and is trying to get enough bricks to build that wall.

I could imagine Trump in the board meeting before construction of his tower, asking how many trumpets he should order.

The toast was absolutely green, go check again. I don’t think OP is trying to dupe us. Let’s think about this objectively. The primary danger with botrytis spores is an allergic reaction in those who are sensitive, it’s not super notable for producing toxic substances in the way that black mold is. With that in mind, the 100mg or so worth of fungus in that bud probably wouldn’t do anything to anybody who isn’t allergic.

We all fear botrytis like death and hate it, not because we think it’ll harm us, just because it absolutely destroys harvests. Obviously nobody actually wants to ingest moldy weed, and moldy weed or derivatives of it absolutely can’t sell for the risk of causing reactions in others, but it doesn’t actually pose risk to a non-allergic person if it’s as mild as what OP had on his buds.

I’d still never do this just because of the principle, but OP is unchained enough to disregard that and he lived to tell the tale. I respect it.

Maybe your right to each their own I don’t have to try it so I’ll just laugh some of the responses to this had me dying with laughter. Definitely the most funny post I read today.

Scary biology lesson. Makes sense in a perverse way. I'm immune to bee stings. Literally. Fell in an underground hive of yellow jackets as a boy stung hundreds of times. Mosquito bites are more irritating. Snake wranglers injecting themselves. Tolerance and immune response would determine the outcome. I should be dead.

I don't know why everyone is against it. I thought edibles was the go to for any weed that couldn't be smoked for whatever reason, so everyone I know has been doing this forever. just try to remove as much rot as possible before making the butter. You can even do a water cure to remove the spores if you are so worried.

Very true but I don't think the average city/large town westerner has the immune system for this kind of thing. I have no proof of that of course, other than the indirect facts of antibitiotics, various drugs, alcohol and carb heavy diets destroying the bodies ability to fight it's own battles.
