WHATS WRONG WITH MY SEEDLING!???

Woke up this morning had a feeling the shell was gonna come up w the seedling and it did but the flower has not shown leaves and still looks closed yet the shell looks fairly open. I tried wetting it and going at it but tweezers but don’t wanna keep trying and hurt the plant. Why should I do and what does this mean

Nice joke. Seriusiously need to keep it moist so that hull drops off. Dry it is glued on and wil not come off. DO NOT try to remove it. Mortal damage is the most likely result. Cover it with a piece of plastis or a pop bottle with the bottom cut off. Moisture is critical at this point. Just let it breath a few hours a day to prevent mold.

I use a spritz of H2O2, 3%, when I get hangers. The bubbles loosen the glue.

I always mist with water to soften the membrane and gently remove with a toothpick or tweezers.
I've never lost one.

Update I honestly was being a pussy with how I was pulling the shell off I was being almost too gentle but I got her off and now I got my fan leaves out thank you boys!!
