Is that a true ~240 at the wall?I’d take a Kingbrite 240w for $160 over an HLG 135w for $180 if you have a limited budget.
HLG’s top binned diodes aren’t going to make up for the additional 105w.
I’ve see numerous people say KB/Meijiu sent replacement drivers & boards without having to ship back the originals and shipping is faster than most of my domestic orders.
Mars and SF are a different story.
That's good info.Here you go https://www.aeroponicgrowers.com/a-behind-the-scenes-look-into-led-grow-lights-from-china
lol you just need a space before the hyperlink
Yes, it comes with an HLG-240H-48AB driver which is capable ~256w cranked all the way (5A @51.2V) but the boards are rated for 48V.Is that a true ~240 at the wall?
IT guy by day and apparently IT guy by nightThat's good info.
I was actually talking about the info from that site about why HLG boards are better. It's pretty obvious to me why the link didn't work before.IT guy by day and apparently IT guy by night

Wish I'd done some research before I spent my coin on CM lights. HLGs are well worth extra coin.Spend $18 more and get the goods. $178.00 after code "RIU10".

There's no mention of far red diodes on Gavita's webpage, just deep red (660nm).5. Top bin diodes, including far-red which are important for numerous reasons
