Changing Light Cycles - Please Help

Hola!

I'm not entirely new to the game, but definitely new to autos. Let me lay it out and I pray the info pours in!

I have 2 different strains going on at once.
Northern Lights, the beauty flowering like crazy; and LSD the bushy one on the right.

I swore when I ordered them, they were ALL Autos. Well the LSD is not, it's a photo.

I got a 4x4 setup, both seeds went into the dirt July 01. Lights are on 16-8 since then. Will flipping to 12-12 now, affect the Northern Lights (auto) so I can flip the LSD (photo) or should I ride out the couple weeks I have left?

The LSD is already pretty much the same height as the Northern Lights in flower..

Way more than a couple of weeks to go on the auto. More like 4 weeks. . I’d stuff the auto in a corner andfocus on the photo. LST to spread her out for a week or two then flip. she is going to at least double in height during the stretch. You might need to put the auto on a bucket to keep her in the light.

Stuffing the auto in a corner isn't what I wanted to do, it's a sativa and the majority of what I smoke.
My main question really, is flipping it to to 12-12 now affect my yield on the auto already accustomed to 18-6

Auto's don't give a shit about the light cycle. I don't grow them, but the more light the better I would think.
