No, it won't burn them up bro. They dial them down at the factory in order to make bolder claims on energy consumption and to prolong the life of the diodes. The Samsung's can absolutely handle full output. I have several of these yes and I crank them up during the bulking phase. The Meanwell driver/samsung diode combo is no joke though! If your girls can handle full strength then go for it, but be careful and keep an eye on them. I have bleached many tops with these lights.

Gotcha, I've got 2 going on my plants about to switch to flower. I've got enough watts going out I think, so I was just wondering if possible without damage to the lights. Thanks man

Vo is for adjusting the voltage, Io is for adjusting the current, if you adjusts the current higher, the lamp will naturally become bright, the corresponding heating of the lamp bead board power supply will increase.

So if I turn up the current only and leave the volts the same, that will add wattage?? Let me ask you this since your SF rep. So if you get a return for boards being fried and you notice the customer has adjusted the vo/lo , does that void the warranty?

Here's a chart from the Spider Farmer website. I'm not sure why minimum power, maximum power, and factory set power are not listed for each model.

As far as your warranty question, take a look at the postscript near the bottom of the shot. Please pay attention (joking)!

Well they're both Mean Wells. Different series of drivers though. HLG vs. XLG series. They have their similarities and differences.

AFAIK the XLG-240-H-AB is used for the SF-2000 and SF-4000 (x2 drivers). Formerly 240 watt ELG drivers were used for those models.

Finally got a meter and checked AFTER turning those 240's all the way up. Didn't think it would be this high but alright... moved the lights up a few " to see what the plants do. Cheers
