Im more worried about the zippers messing up tbh.... how long have you had yours?Gorilla's are worth it from what I have seen, but I just run cheap Vivosuns. They are okay for the price and they can handle a decent top load.

If I was going to add another tent besides the 2x4, I would use that for veg and get a 4x4 for flower.Which one would i need, i have W2 x l4 x H6 tent for veg and flowering advice would be helpful
That hasn't been the experience I've had. Going on 4 years with a Vivosun 4x4 for a flower tent. 3 - 4 grows each year. It's still like brand new. Zipper is still smooth and haven't had any issues at all. No light leaks or anything. It does exactly what I bought it for. I'm very happy with it. I even bought another Vivosun 2 x 4 to use for a veg tent and am satisfied with that as well. I have a Vivosun ballast and hood. I use the Vivosun bulbs as well. They're 1/4 the price of the Hortilux and work just as good. I've been extremely happy with everything I've bought as have many others. The zippers do suck on the cheep tents I’ve had the last two cheep tents I bought the zippers got stuck... if your worried about that I’d buy the more expensive tents they will hold up the Viviosuns only last a few grows I feel like plus they are more likely to have light leaks
So this is a tent I bought to replace my Vivosun tent that the zipper got off the track. It’s not a vivosun but had issues with both. That hasn't been the experience I've had. Where you being aggressive with it? Or did it get caught or what caused it?So this is a tent I bought to replace my Vivosun tent that the zipper got off the track. It’s not a vivosun but had issues with both.View attachment 4692706View attachment 4692707
Yeah man I was looking at those vivos, 125 for a 4x4 comparded to 313 for a gorilla.... would just depend how that vivo holds up.Gorilla's might be nice but you can get the same results for half the price. I've been using a Vivosun 4 x 4 for years. Zipper is fine. All it needs to do is stay dark inside and be strong enough to hold your lights and other equipment. The Vivosuns do that.
You'll find those that say spend $200 more and get a Gorilla. Why? When the Vivosun does the exact same thing for less than half the price.
Which would would you buy if you can only choose one?I have a vivosun 4x4, 4x8, and a Gorilla 4x8.
Vivosun is great and does the job. But the support bars cannot hold a magnum xxxl hood without bending.
Gorilla is definitely better built and higher quality. But pricey.
I would check into Apollo or Mars if you want to save money.
There is a huge difference between 600D and 1680D fabric.
My vivosun leaks light all over the place, and I'd like to be able to use it as a veg room n the same room I'm flowering in without it effecting photoperiod but I don't think I could get it that light proof if I tried. It stays dark inside pretty well though with a normal light on around it but if I had 1000 watts of led right beside it I bet it wouldn't.Gorilla's might be nice but you can get the same results for half the price. I don't have the Vivosun, but I bought a cheap one off Amazon 2 years ago, and the zippers do suck. They get worse everyday. Oh and there's pinhole leaks all over it, especially the zippers. It's just a veg tent so it doesn't matter, but one of these days the zipper's gonna fail. It gets stuck all the time.So this is a tent I bought to replace my Vivosun tent that the zipper got off the track. I am using a maxisun grow tent. It’s a great tent! I’m satisfied and will probably be getting a second maxisun for vegAny brands you guys recommend? Looking for a 4x4. Keep hearing gorilla grow, but not sure if the price is worth it?
btw going to be buying a sf4000 for it.
I have a 600w Vivosun hood and bulbs as well as the vivosun 15g fabric pots and vivosun trellis. Satisfied with the build quality of every one of them. I was thinking of getting a vivosun tent but still debating. My maxisun has a few pin hole leaks, but that could be from my cats trying to use it as a scratching postThat hasn't been the experience I've had.
