Back in the days of my youth, when grammar was just a uninteresting subject taught by an old lady with big hair, I remember being taught to write its' as a possessive pronoun. Apparently that use to be a thing, but is no longer considered even remotely correct. I still see it from time to time, and every single time I'm forced to ponder about it and rememeber that big haired lady that taught me wrong. That same lady forced me to give that red headed bitch Tony Blocker back her pretzels, AFTER I traded her my cheetos, she ate them, and then told the teacher I had stolen her snack. Inevitably any recollection of that lady triggers my emotional trauma regarding those pretzels, and I prefer not to be reminded. Thank you for forcing me to relive it.

Insisting on new health care providers based on the use of a "non" word seems to be a bit extreme.
