Veg plants not doing so hot

Having some issues with our veg plants and looking for some advice. The plants are discolored, some have spotting and downward curling leafs. Even the very small clones/plants don’t look good when they are eating so little which doesn’t seem to make sense. We clone and grow in rockwool, use a dosatron system for irrigation (small plants are hand watered with 1.5 ec until they are drinking regularly. We use the Athena Pro line of nutrients) and trolmaster pro to control the environment. Temp is 75, humidity is 69. Ph is around 5.7 and ec is around 1.7. We ran a dwc setup as a test for ph/ec dosing issues and are still seeing the problems. PPFD is around 200-400 depending on the size of the plants. We try to dry the blocks out to around 45 water content before watering. We use softened RO water. These small plants should be looking perfect so this is very frustrating. Any advice is greatly appreciated.72780BC9-D474-4AE9-91AD-DC84ADDEE24B.jpeg525E2F09-6474-4279-9710-C2B9834762B3.jpeg444B553C-7EBB-4766-8517-D4B2D2C239E0.jpeg41845C2F-9186-4E51-B329-A4855A36F0A1.jpegCF0DC351-3EF9-4248-B558-7D4E7C4452A5.jpeg0FDAD96F-1616-435B-96A1-62667CC0A2E3.jpeg

So close, yet so far.
pH a little too low, ec a little too high. don't dry the rockwool out. lights look kind of far away.
Real nice try.

Thanks for the advice. The plants that drink the least aka the wettest blocks seem to be the least happy. We had a dwc setup like the one we are testing at another grow with these same parameters that were perfect.
