Nute lockout, or deficiency?

First week of flowering white widow... 3 days ago I noticed yellowing leaves. Today they spread from the lower fan leaves to the tops.

I'm using Promix Organic Herb and Veg soil. No nutes added yet. PH was always at 6.5 when watering. Run off was always 2200 ppm in that soil from veg.

How do I fix this?

I have General Hydroponic steaks.

Probably salt build up

It's NOT Cannabis soil, so NPK is not even close to what she needs

How long have these been vegetating? They might of used up all the PK in the soil but still heavy in nitro.

Probably salt build up as bob suggested, flush, let dry and then give some vegetative feed.
