So when I transfer the other one just take out the whole plant with pervious soil and just make a bigger hole in new pot for it? Does it matter that it was miricale grow soil and putting it in FFOF

That's not ideal to have Miracle Grow in with the FFOF, but it's not the end of the world. Just consider it a lesson learned. No more Miracle Grow next time, lol.
When I transplant, I pre-make the hole in the new pot with the old pot, or an empty one that's the same size. Then I spray water in the newly formed hole where the new plant will go. Next I sprinkle Mykos all over the hole the transplant is gonna go in.
Next I gently pull out the old root ball and spray it with water, and coat the shit out of it with more Mykos.
Then into the hole, and watered good.
No, to minimal transplant shock.

yeah thats why they sell peat pots and stuff like that you can just tear off the pot in pieces and transplant the plant and soil. keeping the old soil helps keep the roots spaced so theyre not squished together when you stick it in a new hole

Yea it will definitely recover. I wouldn't bother trying to uncover the root ball. It will use up whatever was in that crap soil and move out into the good stuff in no time!

Did you start them in the miracle grow soil then? I'd recommend Bio Bizz light mix or Black Gold Seedling soil for starts...you don't want anything with nutes in it when they're that young....basically nothing until the first true leaves form.
Thanks man really appreciate the help when you say root ball you mean the whole thing like the first shaped as the pot? Or do you mean like taking the plant out the dirt beucause that what I did with the plant that’s dropping I dug like and inch around the stem and the dirt loosend up and it had just the stems and it was dirt and roots shaped like a ball small tho like I’d say small then a golf ball and I coated that in mykos and planted it and it fell on me .. then when I went to take the remaining dirt out it’s old pot it fell out in shape of the pot and had roots wrapped around the dirt
I did start them in miracle grow back on September 23rd then did my research and orderd all the proper stuff and trying to transfer without researching I was too excited this happend
These are considered the first true leaves yea?

I mean leaving the root ball and dirt as undisturbed as possible. I pre-make the hole so the old root ball with soil is in the shape of the pot so it fits perfectly in it's new home.
I also use Mykos every time I transplant.

Yea that's the first true leaf, the first little round things are cotyledons and don't count. So yea just switch your initial soil to something not miracle grow (I recommended a couple above) and as @PadawanWarrior says, don't disturb the roots any more than is absolutely necessary/leave the soil & root ball intact.
