Hello everyone. I have returned to posting on this thread again. As most of you know, if you have read some of my previous post on this site i look down on under aged growers, people who grow with room mates, and to the most part people who grow for profit. Well here is a little story for all of you who have a legal M&M card. Five weeks ago I had 4 plants that were just about ready to be harvested. They were all about 18" tall and fat with healthy buds. I did the Lolly-pop method. Each plant had about 1.5 OZ's of nice juice buds. Well not one person knew I was growing, and I have not even sold a joint. But about 5 months earlier my neighbor which LIVED below me got evicted from his place. In the whole 6 months he lived there we spoke maybe a hand full of words. Well when he was evicted he got very pissed and said he would get back at the Manager and the other people that lived around him for his trouble. Now to tell you the truth, he lived below me for 6 months, and was about the best neighbor I ever had, He never woke me up late at night and kept to himself. After being gone and evicted for 5 months He came back into my apartment complex while I was @ my weekly bowling league, and seeing as I was the only one not home on the back side of my building, he kicked down my door and entered and robbed me. Well, four of my nieghbors came outside when they heard the door get kicked in. The 43 year old man had his 17 year old son help him rob my place, with one of his sons friends as a look out. As they exited my place they told the four people that if they said anything they would kill them all. Well my nieghbors being the good people they are called the cops. The Cops came, then the Narc Cops came, Then the Hazmat crew came. They took all my lights, fans, you name it, and charged me with intent to sell. I did not even have anything to smoke, I was waiting to cut my four plants down. They are trying to convict me for 6 years on a felony. If you have read some of my post, I have always looked down on the people who grow for profit. So I had four plants, now these fuckers enter my place and took all my plants, but yet when my lawyer get the evidence list, here is what she gets. 45 LBs of MJ, one scale. I had very small gram scale for weighting dry nutients. Also, the police got the warrant to search because they stated they saw in plain sight grow equipment, lights, fans, etc. But yet not one piece of this shows on the evidence list. AND FUCK ME!!!!! THEY SAY THEY FOUND 45 pounds!!!!!!! With all the dirt and everything it might have weighted 15 pounds. So just because you have a small grow with a M&M card does not mean you will not get the Pigs trying to fuck you.

Oh, and here is the killer, when the robbers exited my place they told everyone if they said anything, that they would kill them. Now the cops have all the information on this guy and his son, they used to live here, plus they know where he lives now. But they say,, we can not do anything, we did not catch him in the act. THE FUCKERS ALSO STOLE THE GOLD WATCH I HAVE OF MY DEAD FATHER. Now I do know where this shit bag lives. If I get back at him, he will just return, and it will go on for ever. There is only two ways to end this. I do nothing.... Or I have him killed. I choose to do nothing. But now this allows him to rob others because he knows the cops will do nothing. He had no idea at all I was growing weed, he just got lucky.

NOT ONE OF YOU IS SAFE GROWING!!!!!!!! But I truely hope that this never happens to the people who are truely growing this for the need, and not the wallet.

Oh, And I only said I was the GOD of all growers because the Cops say I got 45 LBs from 4 plants that were about 19-20 inches tall, that had been already stolen.

And yes, from what the neighbors said there was some buds that droped as they left.

Really, it was not that I looked down on people who grew for profit. But it was that I always thought, FUCK this is what they get when the get busted. Well now I am going through what a full out profit grower should, when I only grew for my own Medical needs.

Sorry to make it sound like I think I am above you, DaGambler. I just have always thought that if you get busted for prison time while growing illegall for profit, then that is the risk you took. I had a small personal crop, that was stolen, then the cops come in and lie about everything. I mean FUCK ME!!!1 Where is all my grow equipment on the evidence list, not one piece of it is listed, and that is what they got the warrent with.

if its any consulation, they're gonna have to prove all that bullshite in court. i hope you didn't say a word to them. only talk to a lawyer experienced in drug cases, and make sure you get a good 'vibe' from ur lawyer and you feel like he is deffinitely on your side and going to go to bat for you. i've seen court appointed lawyers that may have well as been working for the prosecuting attorney. they'd have to get VERY creative to make that 45lb shite stick. I don't think they are even intelligent/grow savy enough to pull it off. You could line up a slew of 'expert testimony' pretty quickly to negate this crap, it obviously isn't possible.

(EDIT) and, personally, i'd have a hard time 'letting it go', and it doesn't sound like ur planning to, but make sure you wait on any 'retaliatory actions' you may have been contemplating for the wrong doers, it would only hurt your case

Oh and here is one more thing. I am going on a 4 day trip and I am bringing back 20 kilos of Cacaine. I hope those stupid fucking cops rip my SUV down to the frame. I bet they never find home I hid it.

This is what sucks the most. I hardly ever think about how to get back at this guy named Di or what ever. I am out to make the cops pay. In a legal kind of way. Which I highly doubt is possible. I just need to forget about it. But 3 days ago I found out the are saying I had 45 fucking LB's. I MEAN DAM!!!!!!!! 45 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!! I had one HPS light!!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine what I could do with 10 of them!!!!!! Maybe I have been a dumb-ass for looking down on the people who go after profit. With 10 lights and no one stealing my shit I should be able to grow about 2,000 pounds.

Well, my family lives no where close to me, While in jail I broke down and called someone I work with to please come sign to get me out of jail, I had the $1,500 for the $10,000 bail. But I had to have someone sign for me, Well he said he was just heading out of town and would ask his wife to handle it for me. While in jail I thought OK!!!!! Bring your wife on, I will take help from your mother. Well 2 hours into jail I get the call at the door to see my lawyer, It is my friends wife....... She still charged me $10,000. But as my buddy tells me, his wife had a duel personality. I have seen it. When I got out of jail she fed me some very nice lisanuana, two weeks later I am scrinking in the couche. I think she will do as good as anyone to save me. But I truely think it is an easy case. Still the cops piss me off the most. And my neighbors are even more pissed at the cops then I am. I have 4 neighbors and the owner of my apartment complex very willing to go to court with me. And I have lived here for four years. Also the owner of my aprtment knew I was growing, I showed him my card. I did not was some water leak or something to make him call the cops. He was totally cool with it before I even started.

I am just trying to tell everyone to be very carefull. Anything can happen.

Im sure a decent lawyer will sort most of that out for you. 45lbs from a few plants will be easily discredited. The missing equipment will help too.,,,Unless they had 45lbs laying around and needed someone to pin it on. Lets hope thats not the case.

im sure you are going to get a lot of useless advice after posting this thread.. but were just trying to help.
i dont beleave the cops can get away with this. they will try and might get away with it. But dont go *down* without a fight.
my number one piece of advice is ask for pictures of everthing IN your house. not just pictures of the stuff. question every thing they say about your grow. bring your own ammo, ie informatino about growing dope how much you can yeld from indoor plants with cirtin lights, chemicals, ect.
bring tonns of informationon why you need you M&M card *i assume thats for midicnal m.j* and the state laws on how much you can posess with your card. all the stuff you can think of, be verry prepared.
and possibly if you have a pic or two of previous crops * thins may help or hurt your case. because if you were dooing somthing illeagel by growing. you have to take the fall for that. but you can miniumize the trubble your in. fess up to what you were dooing and take the crap. but dont be shit on by the 5-0. lol

my number 2 piece of advice. inform your local media shoot them an email about your situation, perhaps an exact copie of what you origonally posted in this thread. if they like the idea they will contactc you. and it never hurts to have extra support no matter who it from. you may beable to stur up a storm. get some other locals with M&M cards to protest outside the court room. because what the ploice is dooing is clearly not right. and with some help they WONT get away with it.

Well, if you get set up to grow again, grow about 15 plants (or 20) Keep enough for your use and let that crop finance the second crop, and keep whats left (should be alot) in a safe place for contingencies.

Just think about all the grows you've done, and ask yourself what kind of attorney you'd have if you'd have made some money at it.

This just goes to show you can cover all your bases, and still a wild card can come straight outta left field and you're fucked. I don't care HOW careful you are, or how small and insignificant you think your op is. It can happen when you least expect it. And when it does, you'll be wishing to god you'd have put away some cash. The cops will lie, cheat, and print anything that makes them look like they did a good thing, and they WILL inflate the numbers so they can get that "Federal Funding". Shit, I just thought about that......YOU ARE PAYING them to bust you, then you gotta pay them to get out. How fucked up is THAT?
Growing for profit may not be the most savory thing for some, but it seems to me that given the situation we're facing, it makes absolutely no sense NOT to grow for profit.
Hell, if all ya want is a hobby, go buy your weed and get a fish bowl. Thats fairly safe. Why on earth would anyone risk jail/prison for NOTHING??

wait a second -- your saying that your bail was 10 grand for a 4 plant grow dude?? your full of shit man. First off, if your bond was 10 grand, that would mean that the actual amount of bail was 100 grand, because they only make you pay 10% of what the bail is. If you say that bail was 10 grand and you had 1500 bucks already, then you didnt need shit else to get out, plus you would have 500 bucks left over. $100,000 dollar bail set for a 4 plant grow?? alrighty then Pablo. For 4 plants in a non-medical state (like mine for instance) is a $100 fine plus they chalk your equipment and are on their way, and even then they would STILL help find the motherfucker that robbed your house - ESPECIALLY if your neighbors are the ones that called the cops and were witnesses. It just dont work the way your claimin it does brother. Sorry...

Sadly, thats the way it is for MOST of us. The selective enforcement of the pot laws is ABSURD!!! You guys can grow quasi-legally, but if I get caught with 1 seed aboard my boat (at times, my home) they WILL seize the boat on top of all the other shit that will pile up. I guarantee that if the cops walk thru my door, the bond will be AT LEAST $100,000 if not higher since I was born in Florida. (Thats considered a flight risk in most states)

Sadly, thats the way it is for MOST of us. The selective enforcement of the pot laws is ABSURD!!! You guys can grow quasi-legally, but if I get caught with 1 seed aboard my boat (at times, my home) they WILL seize the boat on top of all the other shit that will pile up. I guarantee that if the cops walk thru my door, the bond will be AT LEAST $100,000 if not higher since I was born in Florida. (Thats considered a flight risk in most states)

i understand what YOUR sayin man, because the laws DO vary from state to state. But hes claiming his state is a MMJ state. In which case its just not plauseable. Im sorry man, but i just cant force myself to believe somethin like that, no matter how badly i want to..

Im not saying that what happened to him isnt possible, its just not possible for it to have happened to HIM. For a robbery call - turned Drug bust of the Century?!?! cmon man. and THEN for the cops to turn around and say that this dude had 45 lbs of grass?? dude, gimme a fuckin break.

I just wish that the people that come on RIU and claim fantastical shit about what happened to their grows or about how they got busted, would at LEAST study up on the law of the land. Half of the people growing pot that come in here have had ZERO experience with the Justice system, and havent even bothered to look up the penalties should they ever be caught doing what they are doing if their not in a medicinal state, or even worse, if they ARE in a medicinal state. Weed is not Heroin. Its not Coke. Even though its classified in the same bracket as those drugs, the justice department doesnt look at it that way most of the time. And if your in a MMJ state, and you DO get arrested, if your Lawyered up your not gonna do time, and your DAMN SURE not gonna get stuck with having to pay 10 grand to get out of jail, once again, meaning that his ACTUAL bail, in a MMJ state, was set at $100,000. Im sorry if i seem so Cynnical about this- i just wish that alot of the people on here who are growing would know the ACTUAL risk that theyre taking, instead of watching movies about it, and assuming that the same rules and reprecussions apply to them. CSI is NOT a viable source of information for whats gonna happen to you if you get caught...
