I don't grow in soil. Last run was coco. Moving to aero next time. I don't like wasting cups, medium, and time on beans that don't crack
I grow in coco as well - I don't use cups because cups are for beer pong and none of my beans have been wasted

Coco soak and throw = massive grow :eyesmoke:

I had issues with that. And I like cups. I can put baby seeds in cups on a tray under my DIY seedling light. Up pot when they're ready for bigger veg light.

Use these and there's no wasted medium or time.
Stick in a drawer and you'll know in 4 days or so.

I've used those in the past when growing hydro. They work great if you use them correctly. I started using small nursery pots of coco or soil when I went to coco. Now that I'm transitioning to self sustaining organic soil growing I'm going with soil. We'll see how my endeavor with KNF "Korean Natural Farming" and JADAM works out. I'm quite optimistic. Time for something new. I'm getting bored with coco. Learning new things is a passion of mine.

You really can't beat a good soil germinated seedling. Provided the soil you use is good quality.
