Standalone advanced nutrients sensi or flora-floranova ?

Hello people, first time grower here so just bear with me, sorry .

Im running 480 watts of samsung f strips with 4 plants in soil (og kush, white widow skunk and blue dream). Just about to start veg now and im having a hard time choosing nutrients.

I cant afford a pH meter at the moment but i will be investing in a pH pen and a EC-TDS meter as soon as possible but for now i wont have it and i don't trust my tap water so i will be using drinking water, i also have a RO filter but i think i cant use it until i get the meters.

I cannot source GH supplements like floralicious or kool bloom for using with flora 3 part or floranova because location, and i cant afford advanced nutrients recommended bundle supplements for pH Perfect Sensi Grow-Bloom like Big Bud, B-52, Overdrive, Voodo Juice.
Are these supplements essential or can i get good results by only using the base nutrients, should i get some kind of cal-mag supplements even if i dont have the water meters ?
I heard that you dont need a pH pen when using their pH perfect line so i kinda settled on AN pH Perfect Sensi Grow-Bloom or should i consider GH ?

I see, but dont you need to check pH with flora trio it says to on the label im kinda worried about that.

Like i said, i dont have a pH meter right now so can i get away without one using AN's ph perfect lines ?
I will be getting one as soon as possible tho, just cant afford it right now

pH perfect line "should" be fine for your purposes. I use phPerfect and the only extra I use is Big Bud for 2-3 weeks in flower. I had a good result from my first harvest. I do have pH and EC meters, and while I generally still check every time, it is remarkable how well the pHperfect works *with my local water*. My local water is 0PPM out of the tap with a pH that runs from 7.2 to 7.4 most of the time. Once I mix the nutes up, its between 5.65 and 5.75 100% of the time, and usually its between 5.68-5.72 ( I use this meter https://www.hannainst.com/hi98129-ph-ec-tds-tester.html which I prefer over the BluLab combo which I also have).

Thats good to hear because i just ordered sensi grow ph perfect now lol. Does big bud help by the way, is it noticeable ?

Im with hot_box. Having used the Advanced line, it always put my ph in a useable range, right between 5.5-6. I had pretty decent results using it. I’ve since moved to General Hydroponics, with no noticeable gain. Next Im going to try House & Garden. I’ve done both soil & hydro with each nute line, adding calmag along the way b/c i use RO. Still, I struggle to think you can afford nutes but not a $10-20 Vivosun ph & tds meter. I’d never just trust the nutes to do the work of setting the ph for you. get the pen asap. good luck & happy growing!

Thats very good to hear, maybe i will try GH next after gaining some experience with this run.

Haha, well lol. You see you're absolutely right but i had money just enough for getting some nutes at the moment if i were to buy a tds-ec meter + a pH meter and their calibrating samples i wouldnt have enough money to buy the nutes. I'll be getting the meters in a couple of weeks tho.
