What humidifier should I use

I
if the op is growing in the winter in any kind of northern climate they might need to actually heat things (I run in a basement and it happens) and in that case EVERYTHING gets very dry. I run a humidifier in my living room just to keep it comfy since in Jan it gets -30 and running heat really dries out everything.
during winter it’s gets cold but I haven’t seen it snow in 3-4 years maybe so I’m not sure if I’d need the humidifier but I’d rather have the best bud I can get by spending £100 more. A little bit might go a long way

Well that’s definitely in my range and I’d be happy to pay 30 ish a year. I’ll definitely look into inkbird. Does it come with the humidity controller or would I have to buy that separately
the last I purchased I bought a temp and humidity controller separately. they are really great though also for dialing in you drying area!

Humidifier in blighty?
My dehumidifier is earning its keep.
Especially overnight.
I wish it was dry enough to need one.

I think you've got your humids back to front my man. I have never ever had call for a humidifier. De-humidifier... sure...I wear them out. But humidifier... nope. You certainly don't want to be using a humidifier for drying. If you are replacing the air in the room regularly, I can't see you will ever need one.

I’ve been told that with a humidifier generally comes a de humidifier. What a difference one word makes huh  No wonder everyone’s getting confused my bad folks
