Right that's kinda what i meant by all that garbage. The hairs are brown and that's not what my benchmark should be correct? What should my benchmark be for knowing it's ready cuz that's what my books say and after I dry and cure in jars I smell cloraphyll for a few months with humidity packs in the jars why they hay/cloraphyll smell did I harvest too late? Thanks
It's very hard to read what you are saying but I think if it smells like grass months after cutting it was harvested early. Also idk how you're throwing them in jars with H packs right away.. I'm going to try to read this a few more times its my puzzle for the night

Thanks for not being a douchebag Johiem. So if they are drying out too much from the light should I get another humidifier in the tent? Or do what because these are over done I can just tell. I had to rehumidify them and I have them in jars that I burb everyday that smelled like hay/cloraphyll now it's getting the bud smell back again guy told me about 2-6 months it will come back with these humidity packs in the jar to keep it at 62% humidity in the jar and the smell of weed is coming back slowly but surely!!
It doesn't sound like you're on the right track. I could be wrong!

1) why is there light?
2) are the plants growing or did you already cut them?
3) how can you just tell they are done, aren't you asking how to tell?
4) what did you have to rehydrate? (re-humidify isn't a thing)
*edit 5) nevermind I give up pizza came

So I flushed and everything but I think I was looking more at the hairs to turn the brownish color to cut down my autoflower and it smelled great like the two weeks before but I let the hairs get brown not the clear, milky because the hairs were brown I dried it perfect and then put in jars to cure with humidity packs and they are perfect one I didn't get a lot though two also I am using purple cow soil organic I was told has all nutrients just give water.... True or not can you feed it also a bit? Like any of the fox Farms Liquid feed or bloom or anything? But im gonna cut it down when it's looks it's best and smells it's best which is when the clear hairs turn milky color. Do u agree these are autoflowering plants also!?
Find journals that grow the way that you are growing (not the way you WANT to grow - but how to grow with what you have.)
There's a TON of great info in other people's journals - Other journals answered questions I hadn't even known to ask yet, prevented me from making some rookie errors, and provided guides that helped to get my tent to a really nice first harvest.

Sounds like:
Try to formulate questions that can be answered - I don't think any of us are clear on the problem you're having.

1. Sounds like you're looking for advice on knowing when your plants are finished.
2. By your soil and nute questions - it sounds like you're trying to get your next grow set up as well.

You were correct on your assessment I was putting two questions in one statement.

But anyways:
My grow went fine except the ending. I used the purple cow soil where you only need to add water PH'd correctly. I think I grew it too long because from what I've read if you over grow it and it smells like hay and you can " rehydrate it" using your humidifier and then dry it then cure it and stick it in jars in a dark space and the smell comes back over time and it's true I smell its coming back. Has this happened to anyone ? When should I chop it down? All my books and vids were wrong! Obviously but I have two that I just started one is a week behind the other first one started September 24th and the other a week later. Would anyone try to feed it some extra foxfarm liquid nutrients with the purple cow soil? Thanks ahead of time

Joints are only a waste if you don't add a fat glob of wax to them.
Not trying to be offensive - I just had the same sentence, but this:
Joints are only a waste if you don't add a fat glob of wax to enjoy them.

I can't roll worth a crap - a bit embarrassing at my age, but true. So I don't enjoy MY joints, and rarely smoke them as a result.
My son, on the other hand, rolls the most spectacular joints and blunts I've ever smoked.
If he ever has to move back home that will be his permanent chore! :bigjoint:

OK - back to the bong! bongsmilie

LOL. Hey to each their own. I have been smoking joints for around 35 years and I can say with all certainty for me they are not a waste. Nor were they a waste for all the folks I have smoked with. I was at my cottage this year with my buddy and his family. There is nothing more annoying than listening to the bong brigade sucking on their giant pieces of equipment. We joked allot about how they needed so much equipment to smoke weed and how they feel they reinvented the wheel even thought I have bongs older than they are. Joints are defiantly not the most efficient way to smoke but I still enjoy them. Vapes are nice but take too long for me some times, sure they taste great and you get better use out of your pot but sometimes it's just fine to smoke a quick joint and move on. I am looking forward to getting a rosin press so that will be a cool toy but still won't stop rolling my joints.

That's why I love it when my son visits, or (like last month), we go on a family trip together.
He rolled a huge blunt that passed around a decent sized circle 'till we fell out one by one.

His joints I enjoy! :bigjoint:
My joints are the reason I have a large bong & pipe collection lol!

Lol I was mostly joking because adding wax to a J is even more of a waste. But I'll be damned if it's not the most enjoyable way for me to smoke!
